"This waterfront property is convenient to get to. Boardwalk in front along the waterfront makes for a nice walk. Rooms all have a view and the restaurant on the property served great food. Property is kept clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again if I return to Vancouver Island."

"We had a wonderful stay! The view was beautiful, and we loved hearing the sound of the ocean from our room — so relaxing. The swimming pool was very clean and perfectly warm, great for both kids and adults. The hotel’s territory is also very beautiful and well maintained. Everything felt peaceful and inviting. The only thing to improve would be the coffee machine in the restaurant — it was broken during our stay and seemed a bit small for such a big hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back!"

"Parking was limited in the public area across from the hotel. They will bill you once checked in but we found it difficult to get an available spot when arriving late. Cleaning staff started knocking on doors around us at 8am, which woke us up and made it so we couldn’t fall back asleep. I’d definitely stay here again, would just wear my earplugs and arrive a bit earlier. You don’t need a car when staying here. You could walk to shops and things. "

"We stayed here during a trip to the island, and I will say it blew our expectations out of the water. The service was excellent, Toni especially wowed us with her absolutely lovely service and attitude. She even showed us the best place to park our motorcycles. We even recieved a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful large suite with a view of the cute amusement park across the road, the ocean, and the mountains. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for high quality service and a comfortable and convenient location. "
