"While this is a 20 year old hotel, the condition is excellent and exactly what you expect from a 4 star property. The staff are genuinely caring and helpful, and the management included. And the breakfast is absolutely amazing. I come to Shenzhen often and this will now be my go to hotel. There’s an overwhelming choice of dining and shopping and other services within walking distance. The place is quiet and clean and a real gem. "

"Very nice, clean and spacious room! Usually I don’t trust the hotel’s own photos on booking apps, but this one looked exactly as is, very presentable. The bathroom was big with a lovely bathtub and window to bedroom which made it feel nice and open (with blinds if privacy is needed) and a separate, strong shower. Water pressure perfect and hot water all day. Most of the staff spoke English and were very helpful, friendly and accommodating! Only downside was the mattress felt a little like it was sinking in the middle (not too firm or maybe a little old) but it was still a comfy sleep if I shuffled to the side. And the location is a little far from attractions/ restaurants/ shops but it’s easy enough to get a taxi or DiDi to wherever you need to go. I would definitely stay here again. "
