"One of the best things about this hotel is Hesham (Front Desk/check-in). He welcomes you like an old friend (even if it's your first time staying there). Our room (and two other groups/guests) wasn't ready - not his fault as we were early to check-in. He offered us a seat in reception, showed us where we could get coffee/tea from while we waited (they have an amazing cappuccino machine and a great selection of teas. When our room was ready (not long at all - we hadn't even finished our coffee's or the fresh baked cookies they offer daily), he didn't call out from behind the desk, he walked over to us on the couch and told us he could finish checking us in now. Our room was spotless, cozy and bright. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Our room had a fridge and Keurig coffee maker. The breakfast (included with our stay) had a great section (eggs, sausage, potato, fruit, pastries/breads, yogurt, make your own waffles and a lot more). Our stay was 5 star. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in the area."

"My favorite of Hotels. Huge rooms, very clean and comfortable. Only thing I would say is it would be nice if their water station was on each floor and if you are paying for a hotel night, parking should be included and not an extra charge."

"This place was amazing! Great location, just a quick walk to the Tube shack. Jake on the lake had great food, lots of options. When we checked in, I noticed there wasn’t going to be enough coffee pods for our group. I texted the number provided and the owner was there in less than five minutes. Super place, will definitely be back!"
