B &B owner Francesca was very welcoming and helpful. We were able to communicate well with a mixture of Italian, English and French. Apartment, accessible by elevator, is located in a nice area with sea view from street and close to funicular and metro. Interesting old apartment with lots of art and curiosities. Generous breakfast and special snacks. Gluten-free options were available on request. Appreciated greatly her assistance with taxis on arrival and departure, and her help with planning our afternoon itinerary and finding a gluten-free pizzeria for dinner. We had a very pleasant overnight stay. Only quibble might be the hard mattress. As we were only guests, we fortunately had the shared bathroom to ourselves. Would stay here again.

Great place in Naples, Italy

We had a wonderful stay at Casa 212. This is a beautiful home with great comfort and hospitality. Franchesca made our stay extra special, she is a lovely lady. The daily breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. We recommend this place for a great stay in Naples.

Da ritornarci!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo b&b, grazie soprattutto alla cortesia e alla disponibilità della signora Francesca. La casa, arredata con gusto ed eleganza, si trova in collina, tra la zona Vomero e il centro ed è servita da due funicolari, quella centrale e quella di Chiaia. Da tenere presente che, in questo periodo, le funicolari chiudono alle 10:00, quindi se si arriva di sera senza mezzi propri è preferibile prendere il taxi, come abbiamo fatto noi. Consigliamo Casa 12 anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Merveilleux séjour chez Francesca qui nous a très bien accueilli de très bons conseils sur les resto typiques près de la location et en ville Toujours très attentionnée on n oubliera pas le limoncello maison... Séjour magnifique

Francesca avec sa très grande gentillesse et sa connaissance sans pareil de Naples nous a permis de découvrir sa ville de l’intérieur. L’appartement est superbement bien placé très près des funiculaires. Il est très beau décoré avec beaucoup de goût et la chambre est très calme. Le petit déjeuner est super Francesca étant aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Nous avons bénéficié de beaucoup de conseils lors de nos longs échanges avec Francesca. Les visites traditionnelles, les petits coins moins connus, les marchés, les événements à ne pas manquer, les restaurants de toutes sortes et puis son amour pour la musique qu’elle nous a fait partager. Du coup notre séjour a été trop court et nous serons obligés de retourner chez Francesca très bientôt pour passer des vacances inoubliables.

Excellent accueil

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce bel appartement ou nous nous sentions très bien. Francesca a tout fait pour nous mettre a l’aise et nous aider pour nos visites. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux. Le funiculaire a coté permet de rejoindre rapidement les quartiers animés de la ville.

Excellent location, very clean and pleasant B&B.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights on November 28th and 28th. When we arrived we were greeted by Francesca and immediately welcomed into her beautiful home. Francesca answered all our questions about the local sites and landmarks, gave us excellent info on restaurants was a pleasure to speak with during out stay. If we travel to Naples again we will definitely look to stay here again.

Dans un ancien palais, au calme, sur cour. A 2 pas du funiculaire Excellent accueil. Francesca est aux petits soins et donne d'excellents conseils concernant les lieux à visiter et les moyens pour s'y rendre. Amatrice d'art, de nombreuses peintures ornent les murs.

初めてB&Bを利用しました。 ２階建てのマンションでとても素敵なお宅で、知り合いの家にお泊りさせてもらう、といった感覚でした。 バストイレは、部屋の外でしたが、私たちが専用で使えるようでした。 朝食は素敵なリビングの一角で、ナポリの伝統菓子を頂きました。 英語でのコミュニケーションが主ですが、イタリア語が話せればもっと親密になれたと思います。 精算は、現地で現金のみです。 私達の部屋は中庭に面していたようで、外の景色は見えませんでした。

Good service, good room.

I stayed few days for business. Good-Great hospitality and good service. 1 min walk from CV Emanuele Station and 20 min from Piazza Amedeo Station. Near Piazza Amedeo is relatively safe place in Napule. Normal-Hard to communicate in English. Cash payment only. Bad- Wi-Fi is quite weak to access in your room but speed was good. Hard to find the entrance because it is inside the condominium (and almost all Italians cannot speak English when I asked for help).
