Very central boutique hotel within walking distance to old town and Spanish quarters. Friend staff ..Fabio was very friendly and knowledgable. Would definately recommend this hotel for a wonderful time in Naples.

Good location near to Metro and ferry port . Unfortunately we have not good experiences: toilet flash was not working need to press hard multiple times , door knob not working and they transferred us to new room promised that We will transfer our personal belongings after our tour , sad part they transferred us but they gave our room to another guest . The concierge for night duty scolded me I picked up the wrong key. With all of these I keep on traveling and appreciate the beauty of the world. Enjoy life ..

Credit card Possible fraud at the check’n

They had charged my Rome three time. That was done on april10… they had promised me several time that the credit will be done soon . April 25th, that haven return the money to my account. Whatch out with the Pre-Authorization process at the check’n … they charged and then they show that they have released but it is false… the keep the money and if you don’t monitories your account they keep the money… please keep complaining….

Very nice clean, centrally located hotel. The beds were comfortable and the linen was beautifully clean and fresh. Can’t fault this hotel in central Naples. I would stay here again.

Personnel très sympathique et accommodant. Michèle s’est rapidement aperçu que nous parlions français et nous a parlé dans cette langue. Nous sommes arrivés à 11:00 alors notre chambre n’était pas prête. Il nous a offert de l’eau et nous a expliqué comment nous repérer dans la ville. Notre chambre était spacieuse et bien organisée. Le déjeuné était correct et les cappuccino très bons.

Fabulous location within easy walk to everywhere. Downside of this is that its on a very busy main road. Traffic goes through to 2/3am if you are a light sleeper maybe not for you. Staff very nice & helpful especially Fabio Breakfast continental & limited choice.

Location is good. near marina stations and many tourist attractions. Room come with breakfast. It was good. staffs were good and helpful. room and bed OK. Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, zentral gelegen, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut, das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse wundervoll, ein großes Lob an Rosaria, Rosella, Michele und das Personal. Es war eine tolle location für meinen Kurztrip nach Neapel, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super pratique !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli malgré notre arrivée tardive ! Heureusement que l’hôtel propose une réception 24/24 très utile ! C’était d’ailleurs un de nos critères ! L’hôtel est propre et bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied du port - très pratique pour se rendre sur les îles! Merci à Fabio et toute son équipe d’avoir rendu notre séjour agréable !
