Great service, great location, a lot of people in the reviews mentioned how difficult it was to locate the place.. itā€™s really self explanatory. The only thing is you have to buzz in to get into the building which can be annoying. But I really enjoyed my stay and will be coming back!

A nice place.

It is as others said, it's on the third floor of an office building. You take an elevator up from a courtyard. The place is clean. The breakfast was nice. The front desk is super and helpful. The area was safe and there was ao much in walking distance. The Metro was not far away either. I would stay again if it were a bit cheaper.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. It could be hard to find/access because itā€™s inside an old building. It was quiet in the room even tho it is in a busy street. The room was large and had ample storage space. Bed/pillows could be better and shower was tiny. AC worked well but didnt cool as much

The room was modern and comfortable. Even though our room was facing Via Toledo, whem we closed the window, it was very quiet. On arrival, it was very hard to find the hotel. There isn't a big sign of the hotel name. We had to call the reception for help. I accept from a 4 star hotel to arrange a proper sign to help the guests finding the hotel. Breakfast: i can't even call it a continental Breakfast. The breakfast included small pieces of baguette, small pieces of cheese, small slices of salamy, several cakes that weren't eateble. From the second morning we had our breakfast outside. If the category is 4 star hotel, the hotel can't serve this kind of breakfast.

It would have been good however 1) was sold as an hotel but in fact is a b&b. 2)have been told that reception was 247 but was not. 3) the day I left there was nobody at the reception and THE WAY OUT WAS LOCKED. This is unacceptable especially for safety reasons. Please imagine if we had to escape a fire. I want my money back

The entrance to the hotel is very weird and creepy, itā€™s in a weird old building with other businesses. Super hard to find it in the huge building. Very creepy, there was no one else other than us. Couldnā€™t stay the night left after 10 mins from our arrival and they didnā€™t accept to do any refund for us! Donā€™t recommend it to anyone.

Staff were really lovely, kind and helpful. Location was absolutely brilliant. Nice breakfast. Super clean!! The intercom was broken for the first 2 days (weekend) of our stay and the only option was to call the hotel to get in, but neither of our phones would call the international number, so we had to wait until someone came out in order to get in, so in future, if it breaks, it might be worth thinking about an alternative option for international tourists. It was fixed asap on the Monday. Our room was quiet, even though on a busy very noisy street, the balcony doors were super soundproofed. We found a couple of issues with the room, the stand in shower didn't work and the fittings were loose, but there was another shower above the bath so we didn't mention it to the staff. The main thing we found odd was the lack of toilet door! We think it was intentional, but there were obvious holes in the walls for hinges where there may have been one in the past. For private people, the lack of a door may be a problem... we had a running joke throughout the holiday about "needing to make use of a door" for our more serious ablutions. Probably one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in, but make sure to keep things tidy and not to keep things on the floor (shoes, bags, washing) as they will be tidied away and moved. At the end of the stay we got a gift bag as well <3

Das Hotel ist definitiv kein 4-Sterne-Hotel, und es ist irrefĆ¼hrend und unseriƶs, es als solches zu bewerben. Das grenzt an TƤuschung. Das erste Zimmer, das mir zugewiesen wurde, war winzig und roch penetrant nach Frittierfett/KĆ¼chendunst, so stark, dass an Schlaf Ć¼berhaupt nicht zu denken war. Ich musste sofort um ein anderes Zimmer bitten. Das gesamte GebƤude ist in einem deutlich heruntergekommenen Zustand. Die Einrichtung wirkt improvisiert, billig und steht in keinem VerhƤltnis zu einem angeblichen 4-Sterne-Standard. Die Zimmer haben absolut nichts mit den Fotos auf der Website zu tun. Die Darstellung online ist schlichtweg irrefĆ¼hrend und schafft Erwartungen, die in keiner Weise erfĆ¼llt werden. Es ist unverstƤndlich, wie dieses Hotel unter diesen Bedingungen weiterhin als 4-Sterne-Unterkunft gefĆ¼hrt werden kann. Das sollte dringend Ć¼berprĆ¼ft werden.

L'hĆ“tel est bien placĆ©, il est design, mais malheureusement il n'est pas entretenu. Nous avions 1 douche dĆ©faillante, l'Ć©changeur douche Ć©tait manquant, nous avons demandĆ© Ć  avoir la douchette qui fonctionne, le personnel est arrivĆ© avec 1 pince et a changĆ© simplement le mode. La dĆ©co des lettres en tĆŖte de lit est tout abĆ®mĆ©e, les ampoules des lampes de chevet ne sont pas adaptĆ©es et Ć©blouissent...et le petit dĆ©jeuner trĆØs insuffisant, et dans une piĆØce sans fenĆŖtre. La literie n'est pas vraiment confortable. Par contre le personnel est vraiment trĆØs serviable et gentil.
