Totally recommending the place, it's clean, has very friendly staff and an amazing location. It's just a few minutes away from the sea, the Teatro di San Carlo and from there I could also discover the city by foot.

I stayed an extra night and I really enjoyed the nice staff and the location . Easy walk to shopping, restaurants, museums and coffee shops.The rooms are charming and interesting. I was so comfortable. I’ll stay again when I return to Naples!

Don't hesitate to book this one! Traveled to Naples with my boyfriend and we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff organized a boat rental for us and went out of their way to make sure it ran smoothly. The room is renovated and modern (great bathroom). One thing to know is there is no common area or restaurant, but they serve breakfast in the morning.

Safe neighbourhood and quiet rooms. The breakfast was ok. There were lots of sweet choices in the breakfast. I wish there would be more savory choices. There was lots of restaurant nearby in the harbour and grocery story also. All the basic information needed to be ask from the owner by yourself via Whatsapp. The bus no 151 stop is only few hundreds meters away. I had some problem wit air conditioner. There was some problem with shower's drain. The water was still on the shower 's floor on morning after showering previous night. The shower could be cleaned more carefully. The room was tiny.

Decent but slightly uncomfortable stay

Starting with the positives: -the location of the property is top notch -promenade is just 5 mins walk away. -you have great restaurants, cafes, bar (flannagans) and ice cream parlours (Menella) just few mins walk away! -breakfast had a good spread! In terms of issues we faced: -it takes few minutes to figure out the entrance of the property- it’s hidden in plain sight with no proper sign. -the hotel didn’t have an elevator- not a big issue if you have to move luggage in and out just once! If you are a big group with lots of luggage- won’t recommend! -the room structure was a bit weird and unorganised. -the room is decently clean however the liquid soap finished on the 2nd day of our stay and was not refilled. The biggest issue/inconvenience we faced was that water did not drain properly in the wash basin. After paying €€€ for the property, that’s the least service you would expect.

Naples weekend stay

we had a great time in this place. Service is excellent, and breakfast is fantastic with many options. The hotel is within walking distance of many great touristic locations, including Palazzo Reale, Teatro di San Carlo, etc. We have also used the airport transfer offered by the hotel at a reasonable price and all worked very well. I can only recommend it.
