A ‘Nightmare Experience’ is too kind

The pictures shown is NOT the hotel! It was in a very bad part of town near drug addicts and mountains of trash. When we FINALLY found the place, there was no way we would stay in such a place. PLEASE REMOVE FROM YOUR WEBSITE!

Pessimo Soggiorno in una orrida topaia napoletana

Posto orribile, tutto sporco, doccia sudicia incrostazioni di calcare muffa e puzza ovunque, ho alloggiato nella Suite Vesuvio o meglio Topaia Vesuvio, mi è rimasta in mano la maniglia della doccia, personale inesistente cerco di contattarli sia al telefono che al citofono ma non risponde nessuno e improvvisatosi idraulico sistemo il problema da solo. Non fatevi ingannare dal prezzo basso poiché è alto in confronto a quello che troverete ovvero un orribile affittacamere il quale dovrebbe chiudere. Vi consiglio a tutti di stare alla larga e piuttosto spendere qualcosa in più ma almeno troverete la camera pulita e il bagno pulito. Andate a leggetevi la recensione che ho pubblicato su un noto sito che non posso citare il titolo è “ORRORE A NAPOLI” e capirete subito di cosa si tratta. In caso dovessi ripassare da qui piuttosto che entrare in questo vomitevole posto piuttosto dormo per la strada. Ribadisco e prego con tutto il mio cuore a chiuqnue Voglia stare qui di starne alla larga e di andare al trove poiché si rovinerebbe la vacanza. STATE ALLA LARGA ANDATE IL PIÙ LONTANO POSSIBILE

Right in the heart of Naples.

Hotel Napoli centrale is a hotel wich provide you with an intense sence of Naples Located near the Stazione centrale gives you many opportunities to take the metro or region trains at a very low price. The nearby streets are full of restaurants, shops, cafes and a historic sence of old Naples. Rooms are clean with fresh sheets everyday. The staff are friendly and kind in their italian way. We cant say anything bad about the hotel and would recommend to anyone who seeks italian atmosphere. Vita Bella 🇮🇹

vous expédia n'avez pas fait votre travail

arrivée 1er mai. Nous attendons sous un soleil de plomb 2 heures que l'accueil ouvre après avoir téléphoné devant l'hôtel, c'est de notre faute nous n'avions pas fait attention à la fermeture les jours fériés. Nous nous attendions à un hôtel donc avec une réception permanente et non à un bed et breakfast. Nouvelle surprise ascenseur payant. Arrivée du réceptionniste, il ne nous remarque même pas assis sur un mur de chantier devant la porte. Nous montons il nous réclame 246€, nous lui expliquons vous en avoir payé 300 petits déjeuners compris. Il ne nous croie pas, nous étions très en colère contre expédia. Il dit qu'il verra avec son collègue demain. Le collègue nous comprend mieux et nous offre les petits déjeuners ne comprenant pas que nous ayons payé si cher à expédia. Le dernier matin autre personne à l'accueil qui nous réclame 30€ de petits déjeuners, nous refusons devant notre fureur, elle téléphone à son collègue et s'excuse Il est sûre pour nous que nous ne repasserons jamais par votre site pour tous nos prochains voyages devant votre incompétence notoire.

Hotel molto grazioso e funzionale, si trova letteralmente a due passi dalla stazione. Il personale è molto accomodante, socievole ma mai invasivo. Mi sono trovato davvero bene! la stanza era spaziosa e molto pulita, unico appunto il palazzo è un tantino umido, nei giorni di pioggia sentivo l umidità

Barátokkal Nápolyban

Központi helyen van. könnyű megtalálni. Reggeli nem volt. Volt egy kisebb problémánk de orvosolták, korrektek voltak. A szituáció annyi volt, hogy úgy foglaltam a szobákat, hogy a hotelben akarok fizetni. Kártyaszámot persze meg kellett adni. Direkt olyan kártyát adtam meg, hogy ne tudják levonni a díjat, mert ugye szándékosan a hotelben akartam fizetni. Erre, ők próbálták terhelni, rájöttek, hogy nem tudták, azt hitték kamu a kártya. Erre nem szóltak semmit, és törölték a foglalásunkat, amiről persze egy rohadt szót nem szóltak. Csak a hotelben tudtuk meg a recepción, hogy nincs szobánk. De korrekt volt, és azt mondta, hogy van 3 szabad szobája, nekünk pont jó lesz. Változatlan áron. (csak reggelit nem kapunk) Szóval a nagy baj, végül jóra fordult.

En términos generales el hoteles esta bien, lo único es el acceso complicado, y para utilizar el ascensor hay que pagar 10 centavos de Euro, no es el monto el problema, es andar los 10 centavos.

3 min walk from the train station. Good price. Friendly staff. Decent free breakfast. Good coffee. The elevator cost €0.10 both ways. The area is a bit sketch at night. Clean rooms.
