B&B de qualité

Après un petit imbroglio de départ, un accueil de la part d'Alex et Justine formidable. Une situation dans la ville de Naples très pratique, assez proche de la Gare, du Centre Historique et du port. B&B bien tenu, c'est propre, quasi neuf. Manquerait juste un tapis de sortie de douche et bien sûr les petits déjeuners (pour un Bed & Breakfast...) mais la Covid est sûrement passé par là...

Chambre très propre Endroit stratégique en plein quartier historique. Le petit déjeuner qui était compris dans le prix est parti aux oubliettes ... Le parking gratuit d’edt Transformer en parking payant à 15€ la nuit. L’rndroit Est beaucoup trop bruyant : dommage

Alex was a great host and gave us a great welcome. Location this place is bang in the old town with plenty of restaurants and great location for train station and tourist attractions. Apartment was modern with only drawback for some People would be that breakfast is self/serve however fine with us for a quick snack and coffee.

La struttura non è un B&B ma un'appartamento in autogestione. Il proprietario non si è mai visto, ma si è reso disponibile via telefono e whatsapp. La nostra camera porgeva in un cavedio/cortile interno, vista zero ma silenzio assoluto. Il letto era comodo. Camera discretamente ampia. Bagno ampio. Purtroppo la struttura manca di attenzione. La colazione bisogna prepararsela da soli, marmellate monoporzione in plastica, qualche biscotto e fetta biscottata. Solo un giorno sono magicamente arrivate le brioches non confezionate. Nel bagno il portasapone vuoto non viene riempito. Lo scopino del wc è rotto, cosi come uno dei due appendi asciugamani.

Localização e arredores ruins

Foi uma total desilusão. Apesar de já haver pago a,estadia fomos embora ao conhecermos o local. Arredores do prédio era um horror; para acessar o local tinha que subir várias escadas sujas e velhas. A sacada do quarto, que era no meio do prédio muito velho, dava de frente para a vizinhança. Foi uma experiência muito ruim.

Very nice, clean and quiet room, located in the heart of Naples. Everyone was really friendly and we had no problems. There wasn't really a breakfast even though it was promised, but there was coffee and cakes at the reception for us to take when needed.

From outside it looked run down and not very inviting. However bedroom was spacious and clean, comfortable bed. Nice shower. Problem with the air conditioning unit from above room dripping onto our balcony which happened often. Would not call this a bed and breakfast, There was a shared dinning area with coffee, some juice, bread and jams, some biscuits and I small table and 4 chairs!!!. On arrival we were just given keys to property by someone who did not speak English as the owner could not great us. Not given any other information. When eventually meet the owner and I mentioned about the breakfast i.e cheeses slices, ham, croissant etc, he said Italians do not do that breakfast and that we were not paying for breakfast only the room - so I think the description of a B&B is deceiving. Previous B&B/ hotel was much better. On a more positive note about the "breakfast" you could help yourself at any time of day to coffee etc. Owner was not very customer focused and only saw once for 5 mins, but had to wait over 24 hours to see him after requesting to see him. Only saw him at the property once in the 3 nights we were there, so don't expect any sort of service here.

Nice room, confortable bed. Very strange access to b&b and the very bad breakfast. Bread had 1 month overdue, 4 different milks in fridge and after smelling two and decided to drink the coffee black.

Stanza pulita di recente ristrutturazione e accogliente, situata in un vecchio palazzo in una traversa tra Via Tribunali e "spaccanapoli", praticante dietro il Duomo. Quando si soggiorna qui si assapora la vita di quartiere, con i suoi pregi e difetti, esperienza da vivere senza pregiudizi (mia moglie ha fatto pure chiacchiere con la simpatica signora "vicina" per 1 ora) che completa la visita a questa bella città. Alex sempre disponibile e attento alle necessità dei clienti, ottima la sua conoscenza della zona e della città e non mancherà di darvi consigli.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il B&B Sant’Alfonso per 4 giorni. Posizione strategica per visitare tutte le attrazioni principali di Napoli. Camera spaziosa funzionale ed abbastanza pulita. If you do not mind the city itself - then this place is perfect. Old city center, near main tourist streets, but still quiet. There are 4 rooms with separate barhrooms and one kitchen area. Place newly renovated with new furniture. Host (Alex) was really helpful

2 nuits passées dans ce Bed and breakfeast situé dans le centre historique de Naples. Vieille battisse ou 4 chambres toutes neuves ont été aménagées dans un appartement sécurisé. L'emplacement est TOP, juste à côté de la VIA D'IL TRIBUNALI. Rue pas trop bruyante lorsqu'on connaît le reste de la ville. Literie de qualité, rien à dire. Accueil très sympathique de Rosita et Alex, ce dernier aux petis soins pour nous dénicher les meilleures adresses. Petit bémol, le petit déjeuner est à base de produits industriels. Il gagnerait en qualité avec des produits frais. La wifi dans notre chambre ne passait pas malgré plusieurs tentatives et un essai concluant avec Alex dans le séjour d'accueil. Je recommande cet établissement;
