Positive: - Newly renovated - Sparkling clean - A kind, caring, and accessible host with excellent communication - Well equipped - Quiet street Negative: - Stairs - Although there is no noise from outside at night, but the building's piping system is very old and extremely noisy, and the rooms are not soundproof. As a result, it depends on the other guests whether you have a quiet stay or not.

Amazing place to stay when in NAPLES. Everything is brand new, electric curtains that allow you to rest. The terrace was my favorite part, I loved relaxing there with my family during the evenings of our stay and we enjoyed a gorgeous view of the Italian Moon. The location is great, 7 min walking from the train terminal. All to a very reasonable price. Alessandro was extremely helpful, I lost my key and he found a way to help me immediately. I recommend 100%

We had a lovely stay! Luigi was incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel welcome from the start. The room was beautifully renovated, spotless, and very comfortable. The only downside was the two sets of stairs—manageable for most, but could be tricky with heavy luggage or if you have mobility issues. The location is great: tucked away on a quiet street, yet just a short walk to both the bus and train stations, and perfect for catching the Alibus to the airport. At first, the surrounding area seemed a bit rough, but we actually felt quite safe walking back in the evenings. Overall, a great base for exploring the city!
