"We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home...

"We liked the location of this property on a quiet (off the main drag) street yet close to downtown Naples. The pool was terrific. Laundry on outside covered deck was helpful. Kitchen small but effective with nice view of pool. TVs smart and good for kids. Dinning Room table easily sat all of us. Cleaning guy Chris was fab. Would stay again. thxs"

"My wife, two boys and myself just recently stayed at this house and I can confidently say we had an amazing vacation! This house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do, super short walk to the beach, short drive to mini golf or ice cream. Plenty of restaurants near to drive to as well. "If I had any critique at all it would be that I wish everyone treated other properties like their own home. You can tell not everyone treats property with respect and I find it awful. There are a few things that could be improved, but the one non-working fan was addressed quickly. To anyone reading this, the property is CUTE, take care of it!"

The rooms were beautifully styled and comfortable.The views of the golf course were stunning and we loved the convenience of the resort style pool and onsite restaurant. "The pictures didn't do the property justice. The building was very nice - freshly painted and clean. The condo has 10 foot ceilings. All the TV's were hi-definition. Very fast wifi. The staff at the clubhouse were very good. We'd stay again."

"My husband and I and our small dog loved this villa ! We were there for the month of February. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to eateries and Trader Joe’s. 2 beaches are 5 minutes drive . It’s clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels are new. We loved the screened Lanai and the large backyard. Great communication with owner! Would definitely recommend! Did I mention location? It was the best!"

"All new appliances. Very convenient to downtown and near the Botanical Gardens and pickleball courts. Pool and health club were well maintained. Minor issue with the fridge, which owner quickly resolved, and had maintenance there the next day to fix. I would definitely stay there again."

"We enjoyed a three week stay in Naples. The villa is situated in the perfect spot...located in a quiet neighborhood nestled near other beautiful homes. A short walk brings you to Clam Pass beach. There are numerous stores and restaurants also within walking distance. The villa was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed many hours lounging in the backyard pool. Such a lovely place to stay!"
