"What a wonderful Stay at this lovely Beachfront condo! Clear views of the Beach and the Gulf. Beautiful nightly sunset views from the back balcony and morning dawn views from the dining room and front balcony. At night the view from the dining room wall of windows comes alive with lights from all over Marco Island. It was like staying in a Chicago high rise with gorgeous city views! Perfect ambiance for those stay in dinner nights. We spent all our time on the beach or at the pool. Definitely walk the shore for the abundance of shells deposited by the gulf every day. Husband enjoyed his morning pickleball games at the included courts. The condo was beautifully updated. Very open and airy. The furniture was so comfy! The hosts were extremely responsive and very friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze! "

"The floors were grimy, the couch was stained, the toilet had dirt and hair on it, there were no bed pillows for the sleeper couch. We stayed one night and spent the other 3 nights somewhere else. The listing does not make it clear that this is not a hotel: the reception area is only staffed for limited hours. The only way to reach the staff is by texting a phone number. I was promised a refund for the nights we didn't use and haven't heard from them in more than a week. "

"Partial ocean view is always, in my opinion, not any view, maybe a glimpse. But we didn't select because of that. We liked the location and wanted to stay here and checkout. Clean unit, the kitchen was well stocked. Staff that was available was great, but any problem after 6, you won't be able to get a hold of anyone. We lost internet in evening and the next morning, don't know if ever fixed as we checked out. But we were busy. We loved the location, and enjoyed hearing music from the Boardroom, nice sized balcony and very comfortably sized unit. "

"This hotel is a great value . The rooms are spacious and clean. The mini kitchen comes in handy. Great views of the beach No restaurant or bar on site except for the Italian restaurant on the beach. Be sure to reserve in advance."

"Kristen was very welcoming! Great location, 1 block to YMCA and pickleball, loved riding the bikes to Mackel Park and nearby restaurants. House was spacious and had everything we needed. "
