"First off the 3 bedroom condo is huge and great for families. The full kitchen has everything you need. Front desk was helpful and always attended. Parking was easy and available. The grocery store and restaurants were all walkable distances away. The shuttle to the breach was awesome which included free beach chairs and umbrellas for a minimal cost. The pool was cool (actually a big plus in that part of Florida in the Summer) and quiet. The water canal nearby provided a nice view. Overall I would easily give this hotel 5 stars. My family and I loved it! Would go back again anytime!!!"

"The property was clean and organized as advertised, the only problem was one of the beds was broken on our arrival. No a bid problem that diminished our like of the property. It was a fun experience my girls love it as they sleep in the same room. Everything was close by. We loved the chairs and the car that you could put everythin in it and save you time and effor. We loved the house. It got everything tgat we needed for our stay thank you for all the effort that the owners put in mantaining the peoperty in that state."

"House was beautiful and spotless! Super spacious, plenty of room to accommodate large families. Pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids, plus outdoor living space was a bonus. Right on the water for fishing and watching the sun rise. Garage had all beach supplies including chairs, umbrella, wagon, and cooler. Also had pool floats, bikes and a grill that were in great condition. We biked to Nautical bowls, Publix, and Dunkin almost every day. Gorgeous home!"

"First time visiting Marco Island and we were all happy with the trip! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool is amazing and there was plenty of space for our family of 10. It was nice having the main house separate from many bedrooms so the few of us that rise early didn’t disrupt others sleeping.We enjoyed lots of dining (many recommendations from the Host!) We had fun crossing the lagoon at Tigertail. As well as beach days at South Beach.This was a relaxing vacation and the rental was perfect for our needs!"
