Shuttle takes you straight to the beach with chairs towels and umbrellas, wonderful food, close to 5th ave, and several small touches such as daily water bottles, morning danishes and coffee in each room. The staff was top notch. Friendly, accommodating and efficient. Could not be more pleased. "

"Pool is small, with only about 10 lounge chairs. The elevators are the slowest I have ever used. Good parking, and staff is extremely friendly. The tiki bar area smells of old dried alcohol, but the breakfast was decent. The room was clean but with a strong bleach smell, and the air conditioner had mold in the vents - fortunately there were 2 in the room. Overall, good value for the money, but could use improvement. 3/5. "

"Hookers working Fri/Sat nights. They put chairs outside their room and proposition guests . Sorry sweetie, unless you’re desperate, I won’t stay there. Was built back in the 70s and still looks like it. Toilet barely flushed and had pee in it when we arrived. On top of it the room smelt like cat piss. TV reception even cut in and out. But you can’t beat the price + aways a happy ending. LOL"

"Hotel was clean and good location for 5th Ave. Limon was nice and breakfast was good, however, I won’t be staying again due to poor quality mattress and pillows. Did not get a good nights sleep. Very uncomfortable. Also poorly designed bathroom sinks. The location of the coffe maker also awkward. "

"The food was over priced. some front desk staff not so nice. had to to pay for parking even though room rate was high. there was an oven but not dish/tray to put in there so it was useless and staff could not supply anything. "

"Wonderful property! Debated leaving a review because it should be kept a secret, it’s a gem. Host was amazing and very responsive before and during the trip. Place was clean, comfortable, quiet and we had 5 people easily staying there for part of the trip. We plan to return next year. Amenities of the pool and shuttle were great. Highly recommend! Only regret was not staying longer! Thank you Alan for letting us rent your beautiful condo!"
