"Staff was very friendly and helpful. However the room was way overpriced for what was offered. Pictures on the website does not indicate the condition of the room. WiFi was bad, TV picture wouldn’t connect, water pipe burst the morning of checkout so no running water (no ability to use restroom or shower). Water issue was random but we do think some form of $$$ reimbursement would be appreciated. "

"Great location whether you stay at the resort and relax at the pool or walk right down 5th. Reasonable prices at the resort. Good gym and locker room. Place was clean and well stocked with necessities for cooking. All in all we were happy with our visit. "

"Allen and Greg were wonderful Host very responsive cannot say enough about our experience. The place was spotless. Just a wonderful experience. If I could rate this higher I would.i a 10. If you’re planning on coming to Naples, you need to contact Allen and Greg the experience was out of this world. We stayed 17 days and plan on coming back next year for at least three weeks.."
