"While the person checking me in (note: it was late, around 11:30 PM, so I understand the night person may not be as skilled as desk personnel during daytime hours) was obviously not skilled with the process (it took 15 minutes, and he charged me twice for the incidental fee, which covers use of the room safe, plus checked me in for one day, versus the correct three, so my room key stopped working), I can overlook that. The room was fabulous. It was a suite, and had a spacious back bedroom with a door that could close that area off to the rest of the unit. The bathroom had two doors, so guest(s) on the sofa bed in the living room could access the bathroom without entering the bedroom. The living room and kitchen were also spacious, and the peninsula was set up very well, and could accommodate 6 people. There were two 55" tv's in the suite, and there were 50+ channels offered. The kitchen had a dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge, and quite a few dishes, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Cleanliness and comfort (like the mattress) was excellent, though like many hotel / motels, there were examples of wear and tear that were more than minor. But, overall, this is no real issue to me. The best part was, even with a major event in town (US Open pickleball), the rate was superb, at just $115 a night (before tax). That's incredible value, and makes this stay easily fall into the excellent category, overall, regardless of somewhat minor issues."

"It is not usual that you get to meet the owner of the property but we did, and what a treat it was. He was around the property tidying up and caring for it. We felt so welcomed. He went above and beyond to help us when we had a car issue and found some duct tape to get us by. He also was able to get us more pillows immediately. The owners care about the cleanliness, and your comfort. The unit was huge and we enjoyed the backyard, very much. It's quiet and in a lovely neighborhood with friendly passerby's. If ever in the Naples area, this location is in perfect proximity to 5th Avenue, and also to hop on the highway to head south to Marco Island. It's also right near the Botanical Gardens and is across the street from an Olive Garden. Truly a lovely place that we would recommend to anyone. They are also pet-friendly and that was a huge motivator to stay at this location. Thanks for everything! :)"

"Had a four night stay. House was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was great to have and relax in. House was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and grilling which was a huge plus. Overall we had a great stay and will hopefully be back soon."

"We enjoyed our stay at Naples Bay Resort. The condo had everything that we needed, was clean, and a great little resort off of the 5th ave strip (but close enough to get to). The shuttle was super convenient to have a day on the beach or head downtown. We traveled with 2 young kids, and we fit comfortably in the condo. "
