I also valued the daily advice I received from the staff on how to best experience Baños—they really helped elevate my trip. The views from the rooms are what truly set this hotel apart. Unfortunately, the pool and El Grill restaurant were closed during our stay but because it was being refreshed and updated. I would recommend thisnplace to my friends and family. We will be back!"

"This is a great option if you need a place to sleep before a flight out of Quito. Very safe and there was a great restaurant very close with cheap meals. The front desk staff also helped us to arrange a taxi for very the early morning. I highly recommend."
