"The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location is great for central Izmir, but the condition of the room was quite bad - lots of things in the room weren’t working (shower pressure very low, broken fittings, bedside lamp not working), and the pillows felt quite cheap and uncomfortable. I think there had also been someone smoking in the room."

"Clean room ,great staff, great location. Good breakfast but little to no meat as common in Türkiye. Great emergency plan as I was lucky enough to have the 6.1 earthquake one night at 11 pm. Staff was directing us to stairs and directing us to outside. Dispensing water quickly to guests which indicated very good training and good leadership. Great job !! "
