40th Birthday Girls Trip

We booked a last minute stay after Hurricane Helene derailed our trip to Florida. The condo was beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything we needed. Gaining access to the unit was super easy, and we felt very safe in the area. Walking distance to a lot of places, but also a quick Uber ride to other areas of Downtown Nashville. Would definitely stay again!

Great place

The condo was super nice and clean. We enjoyed the added touch of record player and shuttleboard table. The location was great, we could walk to Belmont University, shops and restaurants. The host was very communicative and helpful in answering our questions. Check in/out was easy. We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with all the accommodations.

Excellent location, safe neighborhood

This condo was in a great neighborhood. We felt very safe as it was our first visit to Nashville. The 2 bedroom layout was perfect. Each room having its own bathroom. It was very clean. The shuffleboard was fun. 10 minute Uber to Broadway. It had everything we needed and we would stay there again. Great breakfast spot just a few blocks down you could walk to. Hosts communicated well.

Great location

Stayed here for college orientation at Belmont which was essentially across the street. Also close to some great restaurants. Staying again when we go back to drop our son off at school. Tyler is very accessible to answer any and all questions which arose. Surface parking on site is a bonus.

Two couples met here for a little reunion. Very nice decor, spacious, comfortable and clean. Short Uber ride to many restaurants and great Nashville music. Some restaurants walking distance. Host is great at prompt communication. Would definitely stay here again when in Nashville!

Great location to all of the neighborhoods, plenty of room for 4 adults, full kitchen, living room, dining room, great parking, clean and neat. PS: Great water pressure! (my pet peeve)

Great location

This is a very cute apartment in a great location close to downtown without all the traffic and high price tag. It's around the corner to boutique shopping, restaurants and bars. The host was very nice and good about communicating and answering my questions. However, when we arrived the place was not very clean. The floors were dirty and we kept our shoes on most of the 2 day stay. There was dirt, crumbs, hair and who knows what else pushed around the corners of the floors. There was sticky stuff all down the front of the dishwasher and black mold is growing out of the ceiling vent in the bathroom. In that same bathroom, the toilet paper holder and towel bar were hanging out of the wall making it difficult to hang our towels. Overall it is a nice place but they really need to deep clean it, make some repairs and then hire a new cleaning company!! I would love to stay there again but not until it is cleaned!!

Comfortable property exactly as pictured, very short walk to nice Hillsboro street, walking distance to Vanderbilt Graduation day, nice property manager who allowed us to check in early. Beds very comfortable (even the Murphy bad) and excellent showers.

Quick stay near colleges.

We were in town to look at colleges. Wonderful location. We plan to stay again. Had great weather so we were able to leave the car at the apartment and walk to a main street that had many restaurants and cute boutiques. Thankful for the coffee that was available. Slept very well - Comfy beds! We are always needing to bring our laptops to work so we were able to do so no problems . Property manager was very easy to communicate with.
