Spacious Loft Ideal for Relocation & Monthly Stays

Soak in all the peaceful light at this spacious loft, perfect for you and your family as you visit us in Nashville for a time. This apartment is a wonderful place to land for a bit as you transition for a job or need a place in Nashville before signing a longer term lease. We love hosting families, groups in town for conferences, business transplants, visiting grandparents who want their own place to stay, you name it!

Our space is a peaceful escape; the perfect place to detach, rest, and recharge. The loft sits on Woodmont Boulevard, within easy walking distance of 12 South and its amazing variety of restaurants and shops. This is a safe, established neighborhood close to many of Nashville's most popular areas and some great parks.

We are new here on VRBO, but we have been long and short term rental hosts on other sites like Airbnb for years, with over 120 five star reviews - you will be well taken care of when you stay with us. We can't wait to host you!

MUST ACKNOWLEDGE: We love hosting pets! But due to extra cost of cleaning, maintenance, and general risk of damage around pet-based stays, if you are bringing a pet to stay with us, you will be charged an additional $35/night of the stay (automatically applied). Each additional pet will be another $15/night (will be charged by us after booking). Any damage caused by pets, or professional cleaning services required because of them will be assessed and charged after the stay in addition to the fee. Thanks for understanding!
