"Le processus pour accéder à la clé était inutilement tortueux. On nous dit que l'on doit entrer un code sur la boite au pied de l'escalier. Or il y a 3 escaliers, la boite est en bas du 2e escalier, cachée derriere 2 autres boites beaucoup plus en évidence. Nous avons aussi trouver complexe de disposer des divers sortes de déchets.
