"The front desk staff was not welcoming. Check in was quick, we didn’t get there until 930ish.. we called downstairs to ask if the restaurant was open, they said yes. We came downstairs walked into the restaurant, they said they’re closed. The people there were finishing their last call…a bit of wrong information…the next morning my husband asked the front for a late check out since we didn’t sleep much and drove very far! They told him 1:30. At 12;55 a housekeeping woman knocked on our door, he answered and told her we have late check out until1:30 she said no, NOW!…so we rushed got dressed and packed and left!…didn’t even get to shower!…smh disappointing for a Hilton."

"Room was nice and large, very clean. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced for options and quality. Their marketplace for snacks, drinks, and ready to-go items is VERY overpriced (i.e. $12 for a 33 oz bottle of smart water). Wi-fi is free but cuts out regularly, especially if a conference going on which seems like it could be an incentive to "encourage" one to purchase the "premium" wi-fi. "

"You get what you pay for! It was a place to lay out heads . Bed was uncomfortable and the property is old and out of date. Staff was okay though. "

"Room was outdated and mattress sunk in and needed replacing. I was woken up at 2am and again at 3am to guests screaming obscenities at each other which made the property feel unsafe. Front desk staff, however, were kind and pleasant."
