Top National Archives Hotel Reviews

YOTEL Washington DC

YOTEL Washington DC

8/10 Good
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no problems checking in late and still had all of our questions answered. The room was comfortable, but a little noisy and had strange bath products. The bathroom door hides a push-latch closet with the safe, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and a mini fridge. The building is a little run down. The pool was a nice size, but very well used. The surrounding roof top area had lots of places to sit, but no one there to help with towels or food/drinks and the bar wasn’t open, so that was slightly disappointing. However, the price point was good for a pool and decent bed, just down the road from Capitol Hill."

Riggs Washington DC

Riggs Washington DC

10/10 Excellent
"Loved our stay at the Riggs! The building is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are spotless, and the restaurant is excellent. But what really makes the Riggs special is the staff... genuinely friendly, welcoming, and full of thoughtful little gestures that make you feel like they’re actually happy you’re there. The rooms are a bit on the cozy side, but in a building this gorgeous, I’m willing to call it “historic charm” rather than “limited square footage.” Beautiful hotel, wonderful people, great food, and the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back. We definitely will! *Beware of the extra fee that you have to pay if you book your stay not directly with the hotel."

"Good location as this was my first time visited to the location, staff were always helpful. I read some negative reviews that made me felt a little worried before I arrived to my trip. The hotel was okay for convenience. Staff are always helpful. Don’t expect luxury treatment for the stay, but overall experiences were pleasant."
