"Stayed 1 night in a newly refurbished room. Was excellent - just as you would hope from a Crowne Plaza. We had a drink and some chips in the bar, which was busy but well-staffed. We parked in a nearby multistorey (3 mins walk) but you can actually park at the hotel as well. No complaints at all."

"We stayed for one night. Excellent check-in and check- out. Lovely staff on the front desk. Spotless room with a great view on the 20th floor. We have stayed here in the past and hope to again."

"Great 2 day stay. Staff were helpful, breakfast was awesome, location was perfect. Only problem was the pull out bed for the 2 kids was a bit uncomfortable, but they seemed ok the 2nd night."

"Our room wasn’t suitable as we had a noisy family in the room above , I spoke to Abby the supervisor, Abby she was really understanding and changed us to another room and even upgraded us to a bigger room for our inconvenience. "

"Friendly staff, well stocked full breakfast. Rooms quiet despite central location on busy road. Only slight downside was rooms are very dry lacking humidity. Overall stay very positive and happy to stay again."
