"I want to give a huge shoutout to Shania at the front desk. She was wonderful to work with, super sweet, informative, patient and so helpful!!! She deserves props for her customer service. Our first night was rough as there were people in the middle of the night who were very loud. But after that night, we moved to an ocean view suite and it was perfect. Hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. "

The front desk staff was pleasant and allowed us a late check out and to hang around the property after check out. The breakfast room was small and stuffy, breakfast was a little disappointing."
