"The neighborhood seemed unsafe and the room smelt bad. The owner was difficult to communicate with and was hostile.
It was so unpleasant to stay there so I had to book another hotel. "

"We stayed at Hotel Imperiale for 2 nights. The service is amazing! We flew overnight in to Rome, they were able to check us in right away so we relax and clean up before heading out for the day. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. The buffet breakfast was good, decent selection of food and it was fresh. "
"The front desk girl was so helpful when my son got sick. The night person helped us get a taxi to take us to the hospital emergency room. Don’t ever go to ospedale di santo espiritu. Worst experience ever.
Hotel breakfast was amazing with lots of varied options. "
"Hotel was clean great location, food was great rooftop bar was fun!! Less crowded then other areas and the ppl are locals sitting at the café socializing!everyone was very welcoming "
"The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were great. The room was nice size and the bed was comfy. We found food during our walk around the neighborhood. We would stay again if in the area, however we were not in town for sightseeing, so not sure how close to attractions that people may want to visit."
