"Stayed only for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect for us. Walkable to most major scenic places and train and bus stations. The facility is great, but we find the room a little smaller for 2 people. Breakfast is good with a few choices to choose from and staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. "I arrived very early, ready to ask if I could store my luggage until my room was ready, when I was handed the key to my room. I understand this doesn’t always happen, but it was great to get to my room a couple of hours early. My room was lovely with a view of the church. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is perfect for exploring the narrow streets of the old town, but it’s also just steps away from the main shopping area, the river, and other highlights of Basel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and I would highly recommend this Hotel."
