"I sent an emailed with a question about transportation but did not receive a response. Before scheduling my airport ride, I was quoted a price by the front desk, at my destination, the driver advised the cost was higher than quoted—BTW nearly twice the cost of an Uber for the same trip."

"Great location, clean and stylish suite. Th front facing suite was noisy from the street and guests. My only issue is I was detained in CDMX, and asked to extend my stay. They said they could add a day but there was no room through the week. I said fine. However, they sent a whatspp and said I needed to vacate within an hour and that the promised extended night was no longer available. That is bad innkeeping and hospitality. I asked them to book me into a sister property, which they ultimately did. It turned out to be inferior, hot and with bad plumbing. I had to leave after one night. The front desk really doesn't have their act together. Too bad because it is a nice property."

"We loved it here, we are at the top floor & the views were amazing! Everything is great except for 1, we asked the receptionist to book us a shuttle to go to the airport, she said the amount is 190 Mexican for the ride but when we paid the driver he said that it was 550 Mexican, he then called the hotel receptionist & I spoke to her & she said she made a mistake!?! ☹️ Just booked an UBer to go to the airport its about 200 Mexican."

"The place is excellent. I had everything I needed and more. The staff were helpful and made my stay a memorable one. I would like to give a special shout out to Daniel, Jessica and Mario. They were very helpful and always had a friendly smile when we see them. They were very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again."
