The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. Exceeded all my expectations! The Hotel has a charm like no others i have stayed in while touring around Spain. The staff were helpful and the property was clean and well maintained.

Beatiful area, quirky house, lovely host

The hotel was remarkable for its splendid high-ceiling room, and wooden floor well maintained with aromatic oils. Dinner service is quite professional. The town of Bera is known for being the place where Pío Baroja and his famous relativos lived and died. We wished to hear the sounds of the notable organ located at the cathedral, but it was not possible fue to unavailability of Church officials. Owner is wonderful! They acommodated our late arrival graciously. Place was super clean and only 15 mins from Pamplona! Great place to stay! Would happily stay there again!

Great and not. This is really up hill on an árbol, without power, dry toilet facility with an exceptional welcoming from Hotess Alicia, she’ll cook for you if requested totally recommend. It was hard to go up hill with a carryon but my meal “Cordero” with integral rice it was amazing, spending the night there was a lifetime experience. Then wake up to a relax breakfast she prepared for us! THANK YOU ALICIA from your Cuban guests

Todo estuvo muy bueno

This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!

Convenient location with a good restaurant. Clean and apartment has everything needed for an extended stay. Staff was very friendly.
