The hotel has a great location. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to all restaurants and shops. The staff is super professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable and the hotel has an amazing view from the pool terrace of La Concha beach.

It was wonderful, our room was very nice and the buffet breakfasts excellent. The staff very attentive and accommodating, quite helpful in finding a restaurant.

Wish we had more time! This place is clean, modern, beautiful, and in a great location. Breakfast was included and had so many options. Pool area looked inviting but we had no time and temperatures were falling. A bit of trouble locating the front desk and staff didn’t seem to notice. Not a typical check in desk. Exceeded all my expectations! The Hotel has a charm like no others i have stayed in while touring around Spain. The staff were helpful and the property was clean and well maintained.

The toilet was separate from the shower and had no ventilation and when you flush the toilet the water splashes out even with the lid on. Other than that I loved the property.

Great location, just a few blocks from the beach. Easy walk from the bus station. Don't forget to ask about the elevator from the city-level. The hotel is on a hill and is quite a walk uphill if you're not aware of the elevator. It's locked and requires a code but you can call on the intercom when you arrive to have them open for you.
