"we had a wonderful stay. the Ambassador Chicago is in a great neighborhood, with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel is an older building in good shape. we had some sticky wood doors in our room, but it is well maintained. the bed was very comfortable!"

The neighborhood is clean quiet safe & close to several nice restaurants and lounges. My only suggestion, Offer a coffee/tea bar in the mornings with easy lobby area access.
