No elevator/lift Room Was clean and comfortable: the kettle needs to be replaced my wife wouldn’t use it too much buildup on it. Shower: if you like a hot shower it only comes out with a trickle. Cold shower has a good flow. Bed it comfortably. No Air-conditioning "

"We had a small problem on arrival ending up with a room on the top floor, this turned out to be a booking problem via home and away as the booking isn’t instant with the property. However this was soon resolved by the excellent on site staff and we had a ground floor room the next day.great place."

I was able to enter and retrieve the room key, which did not open the door. I emailed the again. She did not reply. After searching I called the number listed. "Great hotel, Caroline on reception was fantastic, friendly, gave me lots of information & showed me to my room, impressive! Pool, sauna, steam rooms & jacuzzi, wonderful!
