Located in a whisper quiet street and only a 4 minute walk to beautiful Dutchies Beach. This stand alone townhouse is double storey with downstairs featuring an open plan lounge and dining leading out to a patio and small yard which can only be described as a private and serene haven. The perfect place to unwind after a busy day at the beach, whale watching or shopping in Nelson Bays boutiques. Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms with ducted air conditioning. The master has an ensuite. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and TV.

All the holiday luxuries are included in this home with unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine and of course a BBQ and outdoor dining area.

A 10 minute walk will lead you to The Marina or the heart of the Nelson Bay CBD with numerous restaurants, cafe's and boutique shopping.
