"Room and hotel very clean and welcoming. I have stayed many times before and this is my chosen hotel in the area. My stay was the first weekend in December 2025. Sadly some of the guests were not considerate of other guests, there were children were running along upper floors and there appears to be a group gathering in the room next door which was quite noisy until about 11PM. "1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

Dinner and breakfast was good, however a little expensive. The room was warm, cost and had all amenities needed. The only complaint, was the bed was a little hard.
