For the second stay I think we were upgraded because the rooms had large balconies. Overall the hotel has luxurious finishings and top notch staff. The location is great - steps away from Villa Borghese park (great for morning run) and ten minutes’ walk to Piazza di Spagna neighborhood. Overall a great value for the price, offering five star luxury at prices comparable to four star hotels in Rome."

"Francesco at the receptionist area was very very kind and helpful he constantly helped me when I had any questions and was extremely patient with me he even checked up on me after any activities I did for the day. "
