"Excellent hotel with small bar fridge and safe and air conditioning. Tram 71 in front brought us to Opera House and Hofburg. Subway/train can go to airport in under 30 mins. 2 mins walk to the beautiful Belvedere gardens free everyday. Room was large and very comfortable with lots of closets and free sauna and steam room. Nice smell in lobby and cleaning staff did a great job everyday."

"From the moment we entered the hotel, the standard of service was exceptional. You were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. When an Uber ride failed to turn up for a show we had booked, the hotel staff were able to get us a taxi in 3 minutes so we still made it on time The food was of the highest level and always professionally presented by staff whose flair for detail showed through. Special thanks to Jennifer, Tomas and Emran who treated us so well and made us feel at home. We enjoyed our daily chats with them .the champagne breakfast gave that luxury feel. The room was always very clean and had everything you needed. The welcome box of chocolates was a thoughtful touch. The in house spa was a welcome retreat to soothe aching legs after long days of sight seeing. The only thing we didn't like was leaving to come home. "

"25hours has an off-beat character that I really liked. Odd phrases posted in various locations and on the pillows gave it a unique and friendly vibe. The breakfast was a huge variety and quite good. Housekeeping must be requested in advance. I didn't mind. The bed was comfortable. Overall, I had a very good stay."
