"The hotel is in a perfect location to see all the highlights of Vienna. There is a grocery store just steps away and everything else is within walking distance. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They arranged my airport transfer, helped me with directions and even provided an American electrical plug (the hotel has no USB plugs to charge electrionics). The breakfast buffet was awesome, pasties, cooked to order omelets, cereals, a very nice assortment. In general, it was a great stay at this hotel. If ever I decide to go to Vienna again, I will stay here."

"The hotel is beautiful, with comfortable beds and a nice restaurant with bar. The hotel location is close to the subway but it’s not in the best area of Vienna. You have to take the subway to the main areas of Vienna. But overall it’s a great hotel. "
