"The hotel is located next to Nachtmarkt and nearby the Opera, so great location for seeing sights, shopping and events. The staff was extremely helpful with information and quickly handled requests. The overall experience was excellent! Only quibble would be that the hotel WiFi in the lobby is mostly nonexistent. In the rooms, the WiFi was excellent. "

"Beware- after many times in Vienna this is by far the worst place we’ve stayed. While the building is cool, it’s not located in the best area, across from the train station. The hotel gave the feeling of a discounted cruise line. The breakfast was subpar and vegetarian. 32 euro for breakfast was a joke. The staff was just straight up rude. We were given a room on the first floor, just above the reception. The elevator would not stop on our floor so we were told to take the stairs through the back of the house, kicking through towels just to make it up to our floor. We were interrupted twice during breakfast accused of not paying. We were followed outside of the building after we checked out online and leaving our keys at the desk, accused of not checking out. Everything about this hotel experience was aweful. Thankfully, we know Vienna a bit better and know this hotel is not a reflection of what the wonderful city has to offer. "

"Tv didn’t work, air conditioner didn’t work (they told me to open the window if I was hot!) Not the standard you expect at this price."

"Building location good,close to parliament building, good tram link outside hotel. Room size spacious and light, clean and well maintained. Bed comfortable. Breakfast cost extra but good quality and selection, although pricey. Would stay again"
