"Wonderful hotel in the arts district of Vienna, surrounded by excellent cafes, galleries and thrift shops. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable with quirky decoration, making it feel homely. Slightly in need of repair, my headboard fell off! Also something sticky on the floor beside the bed but neither detracted from my comfortable stay."

"Hotel was not on City center but very close to metro and tram stations saving you some money. Great staff, Marco, indicates us all ways to move and dine. Air conditioner was great, only a bad thing was that the extra bed, was not really a bed or sofa bed was small hard board very difficult to sleep on during our 3 days stay. Other than this evweyielae was ok. Recommended."

"Highly highly highly recommend - staff was super friendly and from check-in I was immediately offered refreshments after a long day of travel. Location is also conveniently a 5 min walk from the metro and has so many things to explore in the neighbourhood (including the restaurant downstairs which I also really liked!). Even the details - honey packets, oat milk creamers, the welcome card, le labo toiletries, and the speaker in the room. Felt very well taken care of during my stay."

"Room was clean and in a decent location. About an hour walk to the river and main old town of Vienna . It the line underground subway was amazing and was only 1-2 blocks away. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel because of the lack in room amenities. No fridge, no coffee machine or tea, not iron or ironing board. The bed was comfortable but the curtains let in too much light- zero black out. I would not rate any hotel above 3-3.5 stars without amentities such as room fridge and coffee...

"The hotel has a lot of character and charm. Room was large and it was close to the shopping strip and lots of restaurants and underground. Loved having the espresso machine, kettle and coffee pods and tea bags. Glass bottle of water was a nice touch too. Bumped overall stars down because Wifi was dodgy. I kept getting bumped off or didn’t have wifi at all. That was the most annoying part of my stay. Shower set up was a tad awkward as we didn’t want the entire floor to get wet. Other than that...
