"Important info that is NOT in the listing. This unit is up 4 flights of stairs. That’s 80 steps with your luggage. Luckily we are able-bodied, but if we weren’t, there was no warning. It also is a 1 bedroom, not 2. The owner is counting the living room as a bedroom. There are a lot of plants - about 1/3 are dying with leaves dropped all over. The refrigerator was dirty and had a moldy onion, shriveled tomatoes, and an opened carton of milk in it. Went to make coffee and found it full of used...

"Our host was great and quite patient in waiting for us, as we were running down to the wire of the 5pm closing of their office. They did wait around for us and helped us check in, and ensured we had everything we needed and a smooth stay! The place was clean and perfect for what we needed for a few nights stay. It was within walking distance to Okbtoberfest and all of the other things we wanted to do and see in Munich! Price was fair, too, compared to everything else we saw! Would recommend...
