"Property was a little hard to find and some of the instructions weren’t extremely clear. Overall it was a nice place in a great location. The internet was out most of the stay and it would have been nice for the cold nights we couldn’t go out so we could watch a movie, but everything else was great."

"We were three adult family members staying for 5 nights. The condo was very clean, plenty of supplies including K-cups. The beds were more comfortable than home! The location is sooo walkable, from grocery store, to friendly bars and restaurants. We got to enjoy the Thursday Farm market, and a Car Show on Saturday. Availability of our host was immediate, answering on the first ring. If you ever have the pleasure of staying in Grass Valley, you will noy be disappointed with Cozy Condo Thank you...

"We had a great time. The condo was very nice. The only issue we had was finding the condo unit. The layout is not intuitive and it took some time to locate it. We called the number provided and they were very helpful though. I would recommend a map be provided. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely go back!"

"The place is two-minute away from the Tahoe Donner Downhill ski resort. Also sledding place is available next to the house. The host is very accommodating, allowing us to check in a bit earlier than the listed time. The house is extremely clean, well stocked and has everything we need. We will come back next ski season!"

"Pleased with amenities in unit: plenty of dishes, charging ports for devices, internet TV. 3 floors ended up being a lot of up and down. We decided to all share the upstairs bedroom which was very comfortable. Winter Warning: be prepared to shovel yourself in and out during snowstorms and watch snow and icefall from roof. If you want easy access to skiing and are comfortable with deep snow conditions however, this is a gem."

"Stayed here twice--a couple years ago and recently (a couple weeks ago). Both times, was great. The two masters are great, and the kids enjoyed their own hideout--the loft area, which has twin bunk and a pull-out sofa, and TV. Very clean, and great communication with the owner from the instant I booked to the time I left. Feels more spacious than the photos, feels like a stand-alone home. A stone's throw from Tahoe Donner. Would definitely book here again!"

"We had a group of 8 people stay here (4 adults and 4 kids) for our ski trip at Tahoe Donner. We had no trouble finding the condo and getting settled in. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, and access to the lifts couldn't have been any easier! Looking forward to a return next year. Thank you!"

"Stayed over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate the 94th birthday of my mom who lives in a nearby senior living facility. This location was perfect for driving into Grass Valley (a tad too far and hilly for a comfy walk from town). The apartment was spacious with a nice, small kitchen and wonderful views of the pine lined mountains in the distance. A great rate and comfy get away."

"Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort is perfect (and affordable) for families and those learning to ski and/or snowboard. This condo is steps away from the resort and lifts, so if your goal is to spend time skiing or snowboarding, it’s perfect. It’s cozy, has a mudroom for storing skiis/boots and has all the basics for a pleasant stay. It’s also not far from Truckee and other attractions."

"The condo is just as described and is totally comfortable. Standouts are the amazingly comfortable bed (like sleeping on a cloud) and the fantastic water pressure in the shower. Nothing to do with the hosts or the condo but it was a bit farther from downtown truckee than I hoped. 15-20 minute drive to get into town."

"This condo was perfect for my wife and 2 kids. My wife and I stayed in the loft bedroom and the kids had the pullout couch which was large and comfortable. The condo itself was very nice and the commute to Palisades for skiing was quick. It is also basically ski-in ski-out for the local ski resort right next to the property."
