The key was left on the air conditioner outside then another key on a fake windowsill between the doors - anyone who had ever stayed there before would be able to come into my room. "Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip.
