"The hotel had ignored the owners/property manager's instructions to clean before our arrival and when we arrived, we were greeted with a filthy apartment with moldy food and wet, smelly towels. It was a total disaster from the previous tenants. Our two young grandchildren were tired and had nowhere to calm down. It was a fight until the hotel cleaned the place."

Cleaning fee is additional to daily rate. Access to the apartments with lots of luggage requires a bit of negotiation. "
