"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. This hotel has six buildings with 144 rooms. It has a nice swimming pool, too, with a children's wading pool"
