"It was amazing "

"Hard to find the hotel, tucked back behind a Comfort Inn that was is much disrepair. The Hampton Inn looked nice from the outside, the hotel lobby and staff were also nice. I was placed in a room that was handicap accessible - a huge door to the bathroom and a lot of open space, with dated furnishings. The room was dimly lit, the black out curtain was a bit tricky to manipulate, I found a sign that told me how to work it. It appeared that previous patrons tried to pull it down without success....

"The worker at the front desk, Richard was awesome! He was so kind and knowledgeable that we bought him dinner and brought it back to the hotel!"

"The hotel employees are very nice and knowledgeable. For some reason my reservation from hotels.com didn’t crossed over tp the hotel system. I showed the front desk employee my receipt and he did everything to find that reservation. Very kind and respectful "

"Overall room stay was good. Carpet in room had sticky areas. Room door handle only worked if you pulled up and had to slam door to engage lock. Staff said it was on the repair list, just keep trying it. "
