Breakfast was cooked to order it was served hot and was so tasty, Claire&Olga looked after us very well, lovely ladies, Alison and the reception team made us very welcome and were very helpful, we will definitely be back! "Such a beautiful hotel and looks fabulous at Christmas. Rooms are very tastefully decorated, with all mod cons. Both Nelsons Bar and Palm Court are lovely to eat it, with the food being exceptional. Staff are always really pleasant and helpful, this is our fifth stay. Can’t wait to go back again next year. 10/10"

"Good clean hotel with friendly staff, ideally placed for city centre. Comfortable modern room and bathroom, and nice little touches such as complementary soft drinks in fridge, and popcorn to nibble on. Would definitely recommend and return."
