"The lobby smelled like cat urine as well as the main stairs The gentleman at the front desk didn’t disclose that the TV was out in the whole building they illegally charge you tax on your deposit and the taxes are not refunded I was placed on the second floor when my wife was visibly unable to walk stairs because she was on crutches when I asked for the accommodation I was refused the room was dirty with pet hair everywhere it was so bad that we did not even complete our stay even after being refused a refund . We stayed one night out of the four and left in the morning and will not be coming back to this establishment The problem is the owner and management and front desk housekeepers are nice but they are very limited in the ability to provide services because of management "

"I had a very pleasant stay . We were only there for one night while attending a concert in the area, but everything about the stay was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after the show. The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived and were very helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance. When we returned from the concert late at night, both the staff and security even helped us find some chamomile tea, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again if we’re back in the area."

"First hotel in a long time that was actually great. Free airport shuttle to and from airport. Free breakfast including omelette, sausage, pancake, juice, uogurt, cereal, and oatmeal. Free Coffee, water and cookies in lobby. Front staff was great. Room was extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again! This "
