"Amazing property for multiple adults. Good space and the hot tub was so refreshing and warm. The check-in and out times on VRBO were different to agreed time from communication from property manager, but it made little difference for us. Property manager was very friendly and we even got to see the local bird life at our door each morning!"

It’s a good-sized property, well-maintained, and generally clean but there were dog hairs on one of the sofas and it definitely smells more like dog I. 2024 (on the ground floor only - the upstairs is immaculate) than it did in 2023. I would suggest the property is either deep-cleaned and better aired/odor neutralized after every stay OR only advertised to dog owners. "A little birthday weekend away with our two spaniels and what a fantastic place. This is obviously someone’s home it was perfect. It had everything. From fold up tables to eat at if you didn’t want to use the breakfast bar, to recliner chairs and sofa. The whole house was spotless and we felt welcome from the moment we received the arrival instructions from the owner. "Excellent experience staying in this house! Great, quiet location and easy to access. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. It was extremely clean and well-organised with lots of different amenities provided. The kitchen is very well-equipped with various utensils and appliances. I also appreciated the selection of books and DVDs in the living room which come in handy on a rainy afternoon. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay!"

"Location couldn't have been better - a couple of minutes from the Spa, where I was trading. Flat was also on ground floor, handy as I had a lot to carry. Flat itself was fine, pleasantly decorated, and had good facilities. Only 2 problems - no proper lights so I could do work in evenings; and couldn't get radiators to work till last morning, so cool weekend (they did get hot water fixed quickly; but not heating)."

"Very helpful and friendly owners, great location for visiting our new granddaughter. 2 mins walk to lovely Pearsons park. Some lovely welcoming items, lots of fresh fruit, bread, butter, milk and cake all vegan as owners are, a couple of things i would suggest is maybe a door curtain could be put in place as there was no privacy going from the bathroom across the kitchen to the bedroom also there was no smoke alarm present. All in all a nice stay 👍 "
