"Perfect location, perfect property. Good communication with the host and catered to our arrival schedule. Thank you! ~~ The house was placed with the Bayou in the backyard and the downtown area right outside the front door. It had perfect access to all the downtown shops and dining spots. I absolutely loved the chateau and the city! The house was well accommodating with many different items in case you forgot to pack some. We want to come back again one day for a longer stay.!"

"The stay here was better than expected. Front desk was great. The beds were comfy the pillows slept well, water pressure and temp in shower was good. TV was not working upon check in but it was fixed the next day. They have the usual common continental breakfast, area for breakfast was kept clean and tidy. A guest was annoyingly LOUD on the phone two mornings we were out for breakfast. Pretty decent stay. "

"We had a fabulous stay here! The rooms are very comfortable with lots of room, a microwave, in room fridge, and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptionally good. They serve fresh fruit plus a hot breakfast bar. "

"Breakfast was included . But only cupcakes available . Staff said more was not requested by days inn. All other days inn breakfast was very good . That is one of the reasons we did book this hotel. Lobby was dirty . Hallway to room was dirty . Room was dated but clean and ok . Bed was good ."
