"The majority of the staff were fabulous, really great customer care - especially the gentleman on Reception who checked us in, the lady behind the bar when we went down for our breakfast in the morning, the Chef at the carvery and I wish I got his name, but the guy that looked after us so much during our evening meal - he went above & beyond! The only reason I didn't give the staff full stars was due to 1 person who we found rude, abrupt and she totally forgot to order my Husband's drink at the bar. Luckily, the guy that had been looking after us asked my Husband why he didn't have a drink as he brought mine over and rectified the situation immediately."
