"Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff - Simply perfect in every way. Reception was personable, professional & a pleasure Zayna went above & beyond & made us feel so special. The warmest of welcomes throughout our stay. Kyaw & Danny couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast is exquisite & again made even more special because of the amazing staff. Ahmad made the most frothiest of cappuccinos & Demi’s smile is infectious. Each member of staff contribute to the nicest of stays we’ve had in Manchester. Thank you all"
